An amendment has been made to item 16 as follows:

16. Decoration of Graves or Memorial
a. No large toys or artificial decorations (e.g. windmills, solar lights etc) shall be placed on any grave. Such objects will be subject to immediate disposal without notice, pursuant to Section 11, Subsection F.
b. No plastic flowers or similar plastic ornaments shall be placed on any grave. Such objects will be subject to immediate disposal without notice, pursuant to Section 11, Subsection F.
